Gavin Madigan is a family law attorney who focuses on divorce, child support, custody, parenting time issues, domestic violence, as well as LGBT divorce and family law issues affecting same-sex partners.
Gavin served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, for the Honorable Richard W. English, J.S.C. His clerkship gave him invaluable experience in the New Jersey Family Courts, which is a benefit to all clients he represents. He regularly appears in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part.

Gavin is a New Jersey native. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder for his undergraduate degree and New England School of Law in Boston, MA, for his law degree. Gavin is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Gavin is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association.
