Mark received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Drew University in 2003 and obtained his law degree from the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mark served as a student advocate in the Juvenile and Special Education Law Clinic as well as the Housing and Consumer Law Clinic. Upon obtaining his law degree, Mark enjoyed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable James J. Guida, J.S.C., of the Bergen County Superior Court, Family Part.
Before joining Moskowitz Law Group, Mark served as a senior associate at Lyons & Associates, P.C., focusing his practice on complex matrimonial and family law-related matters, including but not limited to divorce, property division, alimony, child custody, and parenting time issues, child support, adoption, post-judgment litigation, prenuptial agreements, appellate practice, abuse and neglect, and domestic violence.
Mark was awarded the designation of Certified Matrimonial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, which is a designation achieved by less than 1% of attorneys in NJ. In 2018, Mark was appointed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey to serve a four-year term on the District IX (Monmouth County) Fee Arbitration Committee. Mark is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, and the State of Pennsylvania.
