Congratulations to Sarina for being this year’s Celebrating Children Nomination winner! The Celebrating Children Nomination was created by Moskowitz Law Group as a community engagement program to recognize children in the community who have persevered in the face of obstacles.

Sarina is seven years old and is currently in second grade. When she’s not busy with homework you can find her doing gymnastics, dancing, and cooking. Sarina’s sunny disposition and generosity make her a joy to be around. She works hard in school and is such a happy and positive person.

Sarina is extra-sensitive to both her divorced parents. On her own initiative, she makes sure to call the parent with whom she is not with during the week to ask about that parent’s day and just to say “I love you.” She writes short, encouraging notes to her parents and sends cute videos to show she is always thinking of them and appreciates them. Her spirit of adaptability shines, especially during these challenging times, and both her parents deeply value her compassion and thoughtfulness.
